To book a spot in any outdoor session, simply fill out your details and session details below.
Outdoor sessions are weather permitting. Only rain and extreme heat will cause a session to be cancelled. I will do my best to avoid cancelling any session. If you have booked a session and it's gets cancelled, then you will be notified via text or email. The Five30Fitness Facebook page will also be updated.
Coming up dates for outdoor sessions:
MX Fitness - Every Wednesday 6:30PM at Bellbird Park. MX sessions target dirt bike riders, so lots of cardio, core and legs. Also suitable if you don't ride. These sessions run for one hour.
Bellbird Park is located on Akarana Rd, Lilydale (Right next to Lilydale Lake).
Only by demand - General fitness sessions at Bellbird Park, Akarana Rd, Lilydale. (Right next to Lilydale Lake) Easier sessions and limited to an hour. General fitness sessions are a little more laid back and great for beginners, but remember, slack training=slack results.
Please fill in the below form to book your spot. You won't miss out if you don't, but Yarra Ranges Council limits each session to 12 people and I also don't like to have more then 12 participants per session. Please help me out on this. I will simply add another session if the demand is there :)
